Interview Techniques- Joe Brookwell

Interview question types Open- An open styled question is a question that asks more than just a "yes or no" answer, an example of this would be, "so how was your day?" instead of "did you have a good day". Closed- A closed styled question is made to find a "yes or no" answer, an example of this would be, "do you own a pet?" Single- A single question style is a question that someone asks with the intent of any getting one answer. This is used primarily in interviews. An example of this would be, "what university did you study at?" with this style of question you can only really get one answer. Production Log Blog

Production Log 8th May- Today I found out what group I was in for the production, the group will be Me, Sam, Tom and Luke. I also found out what the production was on, which is on the view restaurant. We have been tasked to promote the restaurant and show it in a good light so people will watch and want to come along. As a group we started to brainstorm ideas that we could use in the production, this opened up ideas that I didn't think before so doing this was very beneficial. My first idea was to start the video off by having someone walk up to the restaurant as if it was in first person. I like the idea of this because it will look very professional. 10th May- Today as a group we went up to the artisan restaurant and filmed for a good hour, we used a new canon camera and a tripod, we got loads of really good shots that included people in the restaurant eating at a table, also we used shots backstage in the kitchen showing students preparing food which I'm hopin...
